TrailTube- the movie, your movie in fact

With nearly 800 community members so far telling us that the removal of trail will have a catastrophic effect on their business, we feel a sense of duty calls to make sure the concerns of so many are heard…… and hopefully acted upon.

To this end we are working to put on an awareness event next month and will update you with these details once they have been finalised.

But, in the meantime, we would like something from you.

We would ask all advisers with the ability to make a video on their iPhone or similar devices to please make a very short, simple video telling us how and why this will impact so badly, why it is not fair, how it has affected the value of your business and what you would like the regulator to do about it. It should take no more that a minute or so.

We do not mind how ‘raw’ these may be, when finished, please e mail them to james@panaceaadviser.com

We will then make a YouTube video stream that we will send to Martin Wheatley, Andrew Tyrie et al. You will remain anonymous unless you are happy to name yourselves in the videos.

Advisers have adapted to seismic changes in their businesses, upgraded their qualifications and generally responded very well to the challenges the RDR has thrown at them.

It is not fair that on top of all that, past commercial agreements and contractual expectations are simply thrown in the bin, your customers should expect to be treated fairly, and we think you should be too.
