The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has finalised new rules and regulations for financial benchmarks.  This follows the recommendations of the Wheatley Review of the London Inter-Bank Offered Rate (LIBOR).

Compi-tens USERS, and LCO (Legal Cutover) information

The purpose of this communication is to advise you that the Compi tens training courses have been updated to reflect the changeover from the FSA to the FCA effective from 1st April 2013. Any assessments due in April have been put back to May to ensure they reflect the new regulatory structure. In addition please note that the course “FSA Regulations” will not be available until 1/5/2013 due to the extensive changes required to this course.

LCO (Legal Cutover) information

Reproduction of the new FCA logo will not be permitted by the new regulator.
