The results of our annual platform service review are now available. The survey asked financial advisers to rank the most important aspects of service and then rate their own experience of platform providers. The results were then plotted, identifying gaps in satisfaction experience.
Their technical team are here to digest those big announcements that affect financial planners and tell them what we think it means for their clients and advice.
Prudential’s technical team have been reading, writing and presenting on technical matters all year. From top slicing to tapered annual allowances, lifetime allowance to lifetime gifting and special types of trust to scheme pays. Questions have been varied and (sometimes) interesting.
