Prudential: Addressing key regulatory concerns for advisers

Prudential are delighted to have Rory Percival presenting on a webex some of the topical regulatory issues currently facing advisers on 11 April. 

On the webex, Rory Percival, from Training and Consultancy Ltd and formerly the FCA, will look at key regulatory issues, highlight FCA expectations and provide examples of good and poor practice.

Some of the issues he’ll look at include:

  • Defined benefit transfers
  • Centralised investment propositions
  • Insistent clients
  • Ongoing adviser charges and services

There will also be a short Q&A session with Rory, which will highlight some of the support you can expect from Prudential.
