Getting ready for the future of advice (3rd edition)
The last few years have been turbulent for Financial services without the trauma of 2020 which has been a hell of a year and that’s saying something.
This need to plan is why Panacea has developed this third edition ‘Getting Ready for the Future of Advice’, in association with Royal London and John Joe McGinley of Glassagh Consulting.
Rather than focus on specific changes it prepares you for any change by setting out both short-term and long-term achievable goals and explaining that by acting on the needs of the market, industry, clients and business, there is a much better chance of the adviser and firm being fit for client purpose now and well into the future.
- The secret of business is to know something nobody else knows!
- How much time do you invest in Kaizen?
- Preparing for change
- Happiness is not standing next to a banana
- So, what is changing?
- Does your proposition make clients feel special?
- Social media – the power and value
- To bundle or not to bundle
- Setting goals that matter
- Five-minute marketing plan
