E-mail from R M Brown - Insurance / Moneynotion Limited

Don’t know if I am the only IFA who gets fed up with the number of survey calls, wanting to take 20 minutes of my time for no payment.  Similarly I won’t do a survey for Amazon vouchers, as I disagree strongly with that company’s attitude to paying UK tax.

What I also find amazing is that the survey staff refuse to reveal the identity of the company for whom they are working, expecting me to give information about my company to a business which may be a competitor, or which I might not want to have the information for whatever reason.

Post RDR I think we should all ask for a reasonable fee in payment for our time.

Am I alone in this stance?
